Denice at Check in and check out was smooth and efficient.
I loved everything. The room was clean, big, and very well tended. The room was cleaned each day and the kitchen was restocked with water, coffee, tea, and sugar. The bathroom was restocked each day with clean towels and toiletries. The young man who cleaned our room each day was exceptional. We will stay here again on our next trip.
The location was wonderful. The receptionists were really marvelous, helpful, very polite, supportive, and always were gorgeous smiles on there faces. The reception manager was really understanding and helpful.Breakfast was really great. Rooms are spacious and very clean.Room service was very prompt.Entertainment was marlevous. In a nut shell just loved everything about Dana hotel.I am very eager to stay there during my next trip for sure.Dr. Fayad Jaradat.Jordan
The room is very spacious and good ambiance. Staff are very hosting and nice.
Its almost perfect 😂 the room is bigger than what i expected, compare to other we experience. Its Spaceful, clean and quite. We for sure come back next time
Room was ok apart from the smell
View and service is good enough to justify the payment you are making to this property and good enough for business people and falily as well.
good size suite - rooms
Bed comfortable and huge room, looks apartment without equiped kitchen.Lot of stuff at the bathroom provided by hotel: shaving kit, comb, tooth brush, etc.Not many options on TV channels.
location, extra helpful staff, high floor bar.
Room was clean, space was well managed. Bed was superb. Room service was just like a 5 Start Hotel.
The morning meal was ok but room service was poor
have good size rooms and good price, is in an older part of the town but convenient for getting to some of the central places and few minutes walk from abu dhabi mall, is very relaxed hotel
Staff super friendly and professional. Got 3 hrs extension for checkout. Reception employees Genesis and Hilary really accommodating and courteous.
Big Size rooms at the rate is amazing....good comfortable rooms, nice and friendly staff....Sofa and Bed in same room is something unheard for nowadays......small area for making tea coffee......only concern was entry as some construction work was going on...may be temporary
Location of the place. Good for single guest
Clean, good room facility and tasty foods
The employees are always friendly with a smile. Especially Mr Hilary who was very helpful. The room was very clean and the food always arrived to my room on time. There was a complimentary fruit basket waiting for me at the room as I arrived which was much appreciated.
As always... this hotel gives you the absolutely worth its price
Value for money, cleanliness, location, facilities
The room is neat and clean and all the staffs are very cooperative.
Spacious Room! Got a room for a smoker but I'm not a smoker.Construction works around the building can be disturbing if you stay within the hotel during the day.I was on the 13th floor and could hear the music from upstairs - dancing club on the 16th floor.Next time will ask for a non-smoking room somewhere on Eight-9 floor.
Noise within the street (temorary work on progress)
Only my room windows not opening The room needs ventilation from fresh air regularly
However I was celebrating my birthday which was not recognized upon during the stay and I was given a room with joined twin bed which was horribly uncomfortable, I clearly requested for King bed.
There was nothing I did not like. It was one of the best experiences I have had.
Nothing at all.
Road outside the hotel is under construction. There is no gym and swimming pool.
There is no microwave
Ugly, smelly, full of prostitutes. They emwere spraying the corridor with some chemicals - probably against cockroaches. Anyhow the smell was bad anywhere
We had vegetarian group and they didn't like all non-veg meals served only in morning meal and dinner leaving no option except eating rice and daal to eat and suffer from hunger eating crips and drinking juice at night.
made me pay to go to the bar at the high of the hotel, maybe it is under a different management but it should be free for guests
Rooms always freezing with air con settled by by the staffRestaurant: saw employee cleaning cup with same fabric that she cleaned the tablesOn ground floor theres a bar that has music that we could listen at the 8th floor.I think we might have had a start of food poisoning after dinning at the restaurant.
room takes a lot of noise from the street, no parking close by, F1 weekend the price was way to high for a 2 star hotel
Entry to Clubs and Bars should be Free for the Guests...Its not good to charge 70AED for Bar Entry and 150AED for Club Entry for guests. At least some discounts should be there for Guests. There should be a separate Elevator for Guests.
For the price u pay for a two star hotel the service for room is poor and not acceptable as they demand cash payment each time and will not accept your signature
seem to have massive road works all around the hotel, makes getting taxi more difficultthey charge hotel guests to go into the bar on high floor, should be free entry for guests!!!
Nothing
Hotel employees not good service, and no comfort for our properties. I lost my phone charger, hotel employees doesn't care the guest. Same valve of cash many good hotel will get.
The bathroom was not provided with enough towels and tissues. There is a construction going close to the hotel and very noisy during night time. It is very difficult to park nearby to hotel.
There is no parking at site and very difficult to find the parking at night time near to hotel right now due to road constructions.
The entire road, parking and pavement around the hotel is currently ripped open with absolutely no parking available. The situation around the hotel was already quite tight with parking before the roadwork began. And now there is absolutely no parking available for visitors thanks to the resident only parking concept introduced by Mawaqif.
Unfortunate for the hotel but construction work outside makes it very difficult to access the hotel either on foot or by taxi. Taxies have to park around the back.<

About this location

Abu Dhabi

abu-dhabi Photo Abu Dhabi (US:, UK: ; Arabic: أبو ظبي‎ Abu Ẓabī Arabic pronunciation: [ɐˈbuˈeˤɑbi]) is the capital and the second most populous town of the United Arab Emirates (the most populous being Dubai), and also capital of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the largest of the UAEs seven emirates. Abu Dhabi lies on a T-shaped island jutting into the Persian Gulf from the central western coast. The town of Abu Dhabi has an estimated population of 1.8 million in 2016.Abu Dhabi houses federal government offices, is the seat of the United Arab Emirates Government, home to the Abu Dhabi Emiri Family and the President of the UAE, who is from this family. Abu Dhabis rapid development and urbanisation, coupled with the relatively high average income of its population, has transformed the town into a large and advanced metropolis. Today the town is the countrys centre of political and industrial activities, and a major cultural and commercial centre, due to its position as the capital. Abu Dhabi accounts for about two-thirds of the roughly $400-billion United Arab Emirates economy."
